Configuration Requests - If you have a fully managed dedicated server, we offer custom PHP/MySQL configuration, firewalls for specific IPs, DNS, and httpd configuration.

Software Requests - Installing CPanel extensions is permitted, as long as it does not interfere with the security, stability, or performance of other users on the server.

Emergency Support - We do not offer emergency/phone/live chat support. Support can sometimes take several hours.

Webmaster Support - We do not offer any support for webmaster-related issues, including coding, installation, and debugging. If you have issues with libraries or server configuration, we can assist you if possible.

Backups - We maintain backups, but we are not responsible for any data loss. You are fully responsible for all backups.

We do not support child pornography or any spam-related content.

We do not support websites or content related to spam, such as email lists, bulk emailing programs, and scripts.

Abusive content that could lead to retaliation is not allowed.

Phishing pages are not allowed.

You may not execute any exploitative scripts from the server. This may result in immediate termination.

If anyone attempts to hack or exploit the server using your scripts or hosting, we will terminate your account for the safety of other users.

The use of malicious botnets is strictly prohibited.

Spamming, bulk emailing, or email marketing is strictly prohibited.

The use of malicious hacking media, trojans, viruses, and malicious bots that are executed or downloaded are prohibited.

Abusing resources and cron jobs is strictly prohibited, and will result in suspension or termination of service.

The use of PHP/CGI proxies is strictly prohibited.

The use of CGI-IRC is strictly prohibited.

Spoofing or destructive emails and bulk emailing are prohibited. Email bombing, SMS bombing, etc.

No credit or refund will be given for service interruptions resulting from violations of the User Agreement.
